3.1 Seller Eligibility

To register as a seller on IndianShoppingMarket, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid GST registration (for businesses)
• Provide valid PAN card details
• Provide valid bank account information for payments
• Have the legal right to sell the products you list

3.2 Seller Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date product listings
• Ensure product quality matches descriptions
• Process orders within 24 hours of receipt
• Ship products within the promised timeline
• Respond to buyer inquiries within 24 hours
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3.3 Prohibited Seller Activities

• Listing counterfeit or pirated products
• Manipulating product reviews or ratings
• Engaging in price fixing with other sellers
• Using fake or misleading product images
• Collecting buyer information for off-platform communication
• Creating multiple seller accounts without authorization

4.1 Buyer Eligibility

To purchase on IndianShoppingMarket, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or have parental consent)
• Provide accurate delivery address and contact information
• Have a valid payment method

4.2 Buyer Responsibilities

• Read product descriptions carefully before purchasing
• Provide accurate shipping information
• Inspect products upon delivery
• Report issues within the specified timeframe
• Leave honest and fair reviews

4.3 Prohibited Buyer Activities

• Making false or fraudulent claims
• Abusing the return policy
• Harassing sellers
• Using fake or stolen payment methods
• Buying for resale without authorization

• Use approved logistics partners
• Provide valid tracking information
• Ensure proper packaging to prevent damage
• Comply with delivery timelines (typically 3-7 days)

6.2 Delivery Timeframes

• Metro Cities: 2-4 business days
• Tier 2 Cities: 3-5 business days
• Remote Locations: 5-7 business days
• North-East India: 5-8 business days

6.3 Shipping Charges

• Calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination
• Free shipping on orders above ₹500 (selected sellers)
• Seller may offer subsidized shipping

7.1 Buyer Rights

• 7-day return window for most products
• Full refund for damaged or incorrect items
• Cancellation allowed within 2 hours of order
• Replacement option available for defective products

7.2 Return Eligibility

• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• All tags and labels must be intact
• Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
• Photographic evidence required for damaged items

7.3 Refund Process

• Inspection: 1-2 business days after return received

The following items cannot be listed or sold on IndianShoppingMarket:

• Illegal drugs and paraphernalia
• Weapons, firearms, and ammunition
• Explosives and hazardous materials
• Stolen goods
• Endangered animal products
• Human body parts or fluids
• Pornography and adult content
• Alcohol and tobacco (without license)
• Prescription medications
• Political or religious memorabilia promoting hatred
• Items violating intellectual property rights

Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

9.1 Our IP

The IndianShoppingMarket name, logo, design, and platform code are our exclusive property. You may not copy, modify, or use our intellectual property without written permission.

9.2 Seller IP

By listing products, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use your product images and descriptions for platform operations and marketing.

9.3 Copyright Infringement

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please contact us with:

• Identification of the copyrighted work
• Proof of ownership
• URL of the allegedly infringing content
• Your contact information

Upon termination:

• All listings will be removed
• Pending orders must be fulfilled
• Final payment will be processed after 30 days
• You may not re-register without permission

THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INDIANSHOPPINGMARKET DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The platform is free of viruses or harmful components
• Product descriptions are 100% accurate

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INDIANSHOPPINGMARKET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) or ₹1,000, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IndianShoppingMarket, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your product listings or sales
• Your infringement of any third-party rights

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Dispute resolution process:

1. Negotiation: First, attempt to resolve informally for 30 days
2. Mediation: If negotiation fails, parties may attempt mediation
3. Arbitration: Disputes exceeding ₹50,000 may be resolved through binding arbitration
4. Courts: Small claims may be filed in Mumbai civil courts
